 We had an older home to sell, which we knew would be quite difficult because it needed updating, but Brian & Kay got the home sold by using their background in home sales and construction.  Our feedback was always the same “great lot, house needs updating”, so Brian & Kay had a drawing created showing alternate layouts of our home.  Then they decided to do an open house.  One prospective buyer who had already discounted our home happened to be driving by  decided to stop back in and take a look since the house was open.  After they showed them how the home could be altered to fit their needs, the buyer decided to put in an offer.  About a month later, we closed and could finally move on with our lives.  I can’t think of another team that has the background and combination of skills who could have sold our home to that buyer.  Thanks Brian & Kay, you are the best!

Unlike many Sales Reps I have met in the past, Brian was very honest and genuine right from the very start.
